Yesterday i dropped a short scaffolding bar against the inside of the van. It put a half crown in the side of the van near the top boll##ks i said to myself but today i have noticed a big piece of paint has come off on the outside of the van and its gone red rusty Now i had a MK6 before this one a Y reg one and had similar incidents on the inside of the van but the paint always stayed intacked are the later models painted different?

depends how much the metal stretches - ply line the inside and it wont happen
