Well assuming this section isn't public (IE no non members can view it) the seller must be a member of the forum to be able to steal it, if it IS public then perhaps a re-think of the accesses allowed is needed.
I know Luke opened up the Members Transit section a while ago to allow the linking of a members van that was for sale on ebay as they had a rather long thread with all the work that had been done, together with in progress pictures.
