Transit Mk6 2006 Central locking problems??

Good evening fellow Transit fanatics!
I have a problem with my central locking, it is remote and when I unlock the doors if I do not open them within a second they will lock themselves automatically. When either the back doors or side doors are open the locks persist on unlocking and locking themselves over and over again. Sometimes I lock my van and within a second it will unlock itself and I will be unable to lock the van until I start the engine and drive it. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what the problem may be? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Maybe faulty wiring or door lock assembly on 1 of the doors
