Not unless you cut the boss from the MK 6 wheel and bolt it to the MK 7 one

There is no direct swap for the MK 6 steering wheel

Mk7 steering column will fit a mk6 no problem. although you will have to fit mk7 column switch gear (indicator/wiper switch & squib) with it. As mk6 switch gear won't fit mk7 columns.
