Mk6 front hub info needed

Hi all changed my bearing and on removing the old one there was a hole in the hub where the baring presses on so being this is part of the wheel in such ive decided not to chance it and will be sourcing a new hub as im guessing this isnt safe

My question is will a mk7 front hub fit
Or what about a swb front wheel drive mk6 hub.

My van is a 2003 mk6 t350 90 rwd 2.4 dura torque non abs single rear wheel not twin.

Also are the hubs different for both sides or switchable ie use a left hand side hub on a right and so on ???
