Dipped Beam not working

Hi, hoping you can help me.

I have an 2004 transit van and last week it literally died. After being told it was this and that, spending nearly 200 pounds, it was simply the earth on the battery. Whilst everything else is now working, the dipped beam lights, BOTH sides, will not work at all. We still have side lights and high beam Checked the following:

Switch - aok
Replaced the stalk to select high and low beam - still nothing
Replaced both bulbs - still nothing
Checked relay - seemed on - swapped relays for high and low beam and still the same problem.

Is there anything we are missing because im at my wits end and the most annoying thing is that it is nearly due for MOT

Loot, you need to read the message

Replaced both bulbs - still nothing

Try checking fuse 3 as well as 23 and 24, they're all in the battery junction box.
Fuse 3 supplies the relay, fuses 23 and 24 are on the relay output to the dipped lights.

Fuse 5 in the central junction box protects the light switches but this must be oK if you have main beam.

I read it 3 times to check about the bulbs and fuses damn it i saw nothing

my dad has checked them all and they are all fine, We had an idea to check the plug part (dunno what its called - socket maybe) of where the fuses sit for continuity....the high beam are averaging at 13v but seems to be nothing in the dipped beam fuse sockets??? its looking like an auto electrician job now thanks for your help x

Have you or anyone in the past put scotch loc connectors in. Bad contact can cause corrosion in wires.
You can always run in a separate supply from the switch.
