Power steering leak on mk7 transit

Hi Guys had my local mechanic fit new pipes to rack which were leaking two months ago and now starting to leak again is this a simple fix he said he fixed it last week but still the same ?the pipes are the two at the steering column.he said he has replaced the o rings but not sure just thinked he topped up fluid.any help would be nice
