Manual windows issue

Gidday.

On my Mk6 Transit the manual windows are really hard to operate when it's rainy outside, I need a lot of more force to get tje window moving. Okay, driving with open windows on a rainy day isn't that funny, but ...
So, anyone got an idea where or what to lubricate with what kinda oil or silicone???
Or is it possible that the moving parts are worn??

Spray the rubber guides with silicon lubricant
