Leaking rear door seal

Hi all,
I notice that the rear doors are leaking. As I am doing a camper conversion I would like to sort it and keep the wet off the axminster!!
This is a 2001 mwb Hi roof. i believe that the leak starts at a flap on the top of the nearside door. This flap just presses against the top seal and appears to be a weak point in the design.
Has anyone else had this problem and (more importantly) does anyone know the fix!!

I seem to recall someone said a service bulletin was released to dealers about this problem and how to fix it. Nighthawk will help when he is about. Or do a search its on here some where.
