The majority of the swb 260 & 280s are FWD, swb 300 & 330s can be either ( ) I think some of the mwb vans are also available as FWD also, but rare.

Depends what there used for

Load carrying and towing are generally RWD

Light loads and manuverability are FWD

Yes Andyg, here in Portugal there are the FWD and RWD versions.

The 2.2 Duratorq TDCi FWD with these 3 configurations:

* 85 hp/250 Nm
* 110 hp/285 Nm
* 130 hp/310 Nm

The 2.4 Duratorq TDCi RWD with these 3 confiurations:

* 100 hp/285 Nm*
* 115 hp/320 Nm
* 140 hp/375 Nm

I think FWD are a bit more economic but... RWD rulez =P
