Hi, have a mk7 2.4 rwd looking to remove DMF and the bolts in the center arnt like up flywheel seems solid whats best plan of attack

Have a Youtube search, because i remember someone posting a video with the same issue having to use an angle grinder to cut it away to gain access.

Try driving the flywheel round with a hammer and chisel (heavy hammer big chisel). If you can't do that then it's the angle grinder I'm afraid

It's just jammed against the endstop 'cos the cush springs have collapsed.

Put 2 bolts diagonally into the pressure/spring cover retaining holes and with a stout bar give it a good yank against compression - turn the crank carefully as you will be turning the motor in reverse.

Otherwise, the big cold chisel, bigger hammer, and choice language is the way.
