how do you know whatfault code youve got if you haven't got a fault reader .is there some other way

Get someone else who has got diagnostics to plug it in.

Not all diagnostics read all modules though, but most should show engine faults.

Get yourself Forscan and a modified ELM-327....less than 20 quid and works on all Mk6 & Mk7 transits.

A know mucker, the original esp was extra sensory perception and usually gets the how the fook does your esp button dae that but alas it went woosh right over some peoples heeds

just been delivered now ive got to work out how to use it .where do you plug it in .

Underneath the steering wheel, take off the panel and its fixed right there, (unless someone has moved it out of sight) 8)
