It's in a sub-menu under change settings (or settings menu), I had a look at mine earlier today :)




You are right, i went past that for some reason.

I set Message chimes to off but the chime still goes off when i open the door. I am about to find out if it chimes when the temperature drops

Do you mean when the lights are on :?:

I only get a warning message on the dash when one of the doors is open, unless the lights are on. I'll have to turn mine off and see if the low temp chime stops :mrgreen: That one is a PITA :lol:

You are right, it's only when the lights are on!

*edit: nah, the chime is only disabled with the key in off position and the lights turned off.

Yours is different to mine, presumably because it has daytime running lights, so on yours, opening the door anytime when the engine is running will start the chime.

I wonder what makes the chiming noise on a Mk7, I know that it's a relay on older models :?
