Timing kits advice 2010 2.4 140

Hi all my truck is due a timing kit , and I've heard some horror stories regarding the aftermarket kits , does anyone know of any they would recommend any advice would be much appreciated

Most recomment genuine Ford kits.

What do you mean "due a timing kit"....there's no scheduled replacement milage or time that I'm aware of.

Thanks bud , parts plus want £760 for the kit, my truck has done 290k and sounds rattly when cold , so must be due one surely?

Is it actually the timing chain rattling or is it diesel knock..?? When were the learns last done..??
