fuel pump

Hi Hope All well
I have transit lwb350 2.3 petrol/lpg factory fitted ran 2 weeks on gas now petrol only AK52 YZB done 70k not long ago cant remember when had one of forum lads fit new fuel pump for me ,came to my place lay underneath did job , since then been from Camden to East Grinstead x 2 on second time lower clutch slave went, some how managed to get home from Vauxhall. Quite easy replacement of slave. Went out Sat. morn to go to EG cranking engine ,used to start first turn but nothing could hear nothing from tank , relay worked oh no fuel pump again how could that be ? but thats what it is.
No info about the guy who replaced pump and probably what would he say ? Fords just told me pump is obsolete any advice. I have had van 7 years upuntil now I have had a co. van she has sat out side my place being t & i every year I cant have done 1k in her in 7 years

Have you ran it since fitting the slave ??

Hi andz327 ans No I had not been on a run but I think THINK I started it but cant be sure, old age mem loss, I have now drained most tank and have lowered tank to see the connector plug. watched U Tube of guy fixing his heat plugs so checked relay by swapping next door one checking relay receiver
had 12.8 v on perm live turned on ignition got 11.8v had a 12v bulb which did not light not sure what to do next, started peeing down so job stopped
