PSV..?? I assume you mean PRV..?? Pressure relief valve will handle well over 1600 bar (23,200psi)....if it goes too high it blows off to protect the rest of the fuel system....if this happens, a poorly SCV is usually the cause of it.

Fuel rail "desired and actual" pressures at idle should be ~230bar.

Use the "upload attachment" tab below to upload pics etc...

Sorry scv valve on live data.
Reset all there values on obd and still
lit won't do it
The graph looks like it's working overtime. Up and down like mad . Everything else is within parameters
But scv graph looks wrong.
Can you put a live data pic on here of what you know from your end..
The injectors were done by the best place in manchester mate. Got all new codes and full guarantee.
Ron Wilkinson diesel specialists. He spent 40 k on machine to test injectors last year.
I've cut no corners tbh

ECM..?? Or do you mean PCM..?? Forscan cannot remap if that's what you're asking.

Lord I mean ecm . Engine control module. Can I just swap it or does it need any work to recode any stored data. And yes to other members questions it has had 4 new glow plugs . Now it's gone cold in morning it sounds like a bag of spanners and don't smoke as much . It's over fueling and on tick over the fuel preasure surges up to 45 and it miss fires and stinks then goes OK and preasure fluctuations between 19 to 25 then fly up to 45 is and misfires again.
It seems temperature related as well . It's had prv. Scv. 4 glow plugs . Compression test. Crank sensor egr valve. Cam sensor and a new fuel pump and timing chain and all guides and tensioner. All ford supplied or delphi parts. 4 recon injectors from the best place in manchester. All with codes and fully checked after recon on a state of art machine and now been rechecked and all paperwork from second test is identical to first.

It's actually called a PCM, (Powertrain Control Module). You can swap them but it will need coding as the one you replace the original with, (if second hand), will have all the information from the vehicle it was removed from. All the injector coding, pump and SCV tuning information will be different.

You mention Delphi parts..?? All Euro-4 machines use Denso fuel system parts. Delphi items are fitted to Mk6 TDCi engines.
