With Forscan can you:

1. change the difference between the desired Fuel Rail Pressure and the Actual Fuel Rail Pressure so it is below 10 Bar
2. change the difference between the desire Engine Speed and the Actual Engine Idle Speed so that it is less than 75 RPM

No.

Only "successfully completed" learns will get the desired and actual close to what they should be +/- 10%

Ok thank you Knobby

I changed the pedal for a 2007 apparent good one but no difference. In fact the P2125 throttle pedal error code came back after disappearing on the original one (after clearing and resetting).

If the two pedals make no difference, you may have a wiring/connector fault.

Ran a bit of live data on it, cylinder 3 way out? desired idle speed of rpm sitting right at 800 rpm?, engine oil "error" - too low?...

Yep. your #3 injector doesn't look well.

Some have an oil level indicator/sensor....maybe you don't have the sensor fitted when it may have been there in a previous life.

Limit is 25-40ml each @idle for 4 minutes. #3 certainly doesn't look well.

Just tried a 2nd hand injector, exactly the same just from a 2011 with 95k on. Leak off test and cylinder balance were much better, in line with the others, but still not doing the learns amd running much worse - barely moving in Limp mode lol.

Maybe i've put one wrong letter in on the coding D instead of 0 (though it coded successfully) - would that make a difference?

Code must be correct. Was the replacement injector the same part number as the original..?? What engine was it from..?? There's several different part number injectors depending on which PS engine it's from.

Have you replaced the SCV and PRV yet..??
