And then is propper seized and snapped the belt. Just thinking of the easy stuff to check.
I also had the main starter fuse blow on a van, that's under the seat it's like 350amps or something daft, I was stranded and swapped it out for a bit of metal I had in the van. The metal also gave me that kind clicking and then It started. The metal obviously wasn't a good enough conductor. So maybe have a look that to maybe a bad connection and the little extra load need in the morning for a cold start is making the fuse or a connection throw a wobbly

In the morning when you try to start it its like the battery is being disconnected while cranking( dash lights, interior flicker on/off) And starter clicks like low battery also if i let the glow plug light go out then turn the key it doesnt crank at all.
but once its started its starts all day no problems.
Checked all fuses, relays, cleaned earth points, have ordered a new ignition switch as thats my suspect.
Plugged it in and no dtcs
Any other ideas?

if i let the glow plug light go out then turn the key it doesnt crank at all. Glow pug supply could be on a timer, can be a bimetal switch. Battery drained - could be direct earth on glow plug circuit.
Make / break in circuit - eg wire on solenoid touches - gets warm - moves away. Vibration can cause make/break in circuit. Is damaged part of circuit can be supply or return. Corroded earth can cause this symptom.
