Mk7 quarter panel - impossible to remove?!

Any tips on how to remove the mk7 quarter panels?

There is one bolt left that is behind the wing mirror cover.
How do I non-destructively remove the wing mirror plastic cover to get at it?
My wing mirror has shear bolts.

Apparently you can get at the 2 rear ones when the door is open, i have to take mine off sometime and have the same snapoff issue

It’s really easy, open the door and use a chisel to knock the top (flat part) of the sheer bolt off once there knocked off the mirror comes away, the bolt bits that are left just unscrew.
