Golden solution to 2.0TDCI Limp mode 2002-2006?

My suggestion is that you do your own independent tests of the injectors and the high-pressure pump. The overflow test (fuel return) for the injectors is simple, cheap and quick. Also, connecting the tester by an experienced diagnostician and checking the pump while driving should not be a problem either.
I have already seen strange things in regenerated injection fittings...

Allright, I have buyed a common rail flow test kit which will arrive saturday. The pump pressure test wil come later when I find such a guy with the right test equipment. I have also done a mr. Muscle de-carbon turbo treatment again after 10 months now and oiled the vacuüm solenoid joints. I let know the results of the flow test.
And I have ordered a new turbo from France which I am going to install this summer when I am bored this summer. So I keep bussy with the transit. There is a rich Dutch Guy named Rick van Stippent who is restaurating/rebuilt his fathers 2 types 2003/2008 Transits with YouTube updates, very interesting, I will share the link later.

Update:
Done a long testdrive after cleaning and oiling the turbo solenoid vacuüm arm/joints and the variable vane system inside the turbo itself with the mr. Muscle method. And no limp mode anymore how much I tried to create this! I tryed everything to upcome the limp mode in the testdrive but no glowing plug light. I am convinced that the stuck solenoid arm/joints were ‘hanging’ after the winterperiod and that my turbo pressure was fluctuating in relation to the Lowes rpm zone after shifting gears. The wastegate did not close fast enough at low rpms of did not open (too late) with the increase of rpms which causes logically a fault. I do a leaktest also but I am close to the solution of my limp problem now.

Question, I want to install a turbo gauge instrument concerning my former mentioned turbo solenoid stuck arm problem. What is the best place for the boost gauge sensor, the plastic inlet manifold or somewhere else? 2.0tdci FIFA engine.
