Finally got the right sized rafter for the awning at the 2nd attempt and two trips to Leominster so fitted that today.
Added the other Fuel Lagoon goodies to the van with the addition of some door organizers, just need to carpet the ply door cards.

Carpeted the ply door cards for the barn doors, TBH I didn't need the ply doorcards to back the organisers but a I'd bought them I made use of them. Made use of the Interior disassembly tools I bought from Temu to remove the under bonnet insulatin and blow the washerpipes through, the washers now hit the middle of the screen but they went higher when I tested them straight after, as long as the jets continually hit the middle of the screen I'll be happy.

Always set them high and slightly out to the side of where you want them as once your driving the wind reduces their trajectory and you'll soak the bottom middle 3" of each screen wiper.

Been watching the recommended wheel trims on Fleabay but they've been out of stock recently so bought from another seller who confirmed they'd fit the wheels despite eBay saying they won't, seller was right they do.

And yes they have been secured with cable ties.

Had the codes read :( . Well last few weeks, repaired inner off side cills, partly the outer following mot advisory. New track rod end gaiters. New rear lights. New power stearing pump ( but still squeeling like a ****)
The vans drained me. Soon to be a classic. :(
MOT tomorrow fingers crossed

cant see any of your pics, but you have to slowly bleed the servo pipes while cranking the engine for 30 seconds or use a vacc pump

To bleed the transit pas pump make sure the fluid is topped up with the correct fluid start the engine and slowly turn the steering wheel from full lock to full lock several times.

I've found that was all that was needed. Where is the squealing coming from? Make sure the crankshaft pulley isn't splitting, make sure the serpentine belt tensioner isn't worn ,it can allow the belt to catch on the rubber bit and chirp etc.

manual says to turn it only while cranking, so maybe the running engine will add some bubbles sometimes

It probably means if the pump is dry then the running engine will damage it. But when the reservoir is full and you start the engine the fluid moves around quick enough.takes literally moments to bleed. Obviously when it is low or not bled, then don't force the steering wheel as it will simulate hydraulic lock. My van starts literally on the button so I doubt I would get any turn on the wheel in between cranking it.
