clutch pedal

im getting a problem with my clutch pedal not fully returning say after about an hour or 2 of driving,
Park the van up for a couple days as its only occasionally used and its fine again until around the same sort of driving time it starts again.
with pedal not fully returning im still able to press it down a bit to change gears.
Van had a new clutch about 4000 mile ago and thats fine. but has been doing this pedal none return for a few months now. any ideas what the problem could be save me flicking pedal up with my foot

You've not told us what model Transit you have...Mk6 or Mk7..?? 5 or 6 speed..?? FWD or RWD..?? Dual mass or solid flywheel..??

Usually it's a poorly master cly causing a sticky pedal.

Assuming you didn't replace the master cyl or slave cyl..??
