engine bay wiring harness code 57 plate

I have a 57 plate SWB 2.2 FWD Transit that some twat has cut through the engine bay loom ,Fords want 500 quid for it.My Part number is 6C1T-12B637-HD ,my question is this can I put another wiring loom in with different suffix letters, e.g. JD..BD..AB..?

No, each suffix means a different loom, some are compatible, some are not

I have the same code - Air Con version with electric turbo actuator plug. Difficult to find it one on ebay though - all same to be non aircon eg 6C1T12B637JF

Found one for £85, bit if a stab if it'll actually fix the dodgy starting issue lol but I've tried all the usual suspects: new starter, battery, crank/cam/maf sensor, fuel tank sender unit, fuel filter (put vaseline on all the pipe connections too but does still go quite empty), fuel filter housing...alternator working, no codes showing, grounds all good..
