Miss, rough running during warm up

My 2.2 TDCi has a strange misfire during warm up and I'm struggling to find the cause. My best description is, it starts first touch even in minus temperatures, under power it pulls like a train and there is no smoke or knocks, engine is perfect. When the van reaches speed for example 30 and I back off the throttle, it chugs, 'misfires' in other words under light throttle pressure. Go back yo acceleration and it's fine. I've put new injectors in it, and a fuel pressure regulator too, and it's made no difference. Also, at idle during warm up, if I dip the clutch it runs rough too. As soon as it warms up after a few mins, it's perfect across the board? I would love to hear from someone who has solved this. Thanks in advance.

Year model..?? Euro-4 or Euro-5..??

What fault codes are you getting if any..??

No fault codes recorded and that's on Forscan and a new Snap On.

You still haven't told us whether it's Euro-4 or Euro-5..??

If Euro-4, when was the fuel filter last replaced & were the learns last done..??

It's a Euro 4 and it had new injectors fitted, coded in and a new fuel filter 2 weeks ago, I usually do these things myself but this time circumstances stopped me from having the time. I did use a trusted colleague who is very familiar with Transits and I'm assured it was done correctly. That said, I do have Forscan plus access to the latest Snap On machine, if anything is recommended. The new injectors greatly improved it, but it's not perfect until warmed up. I did read a post when researching that said there's an upgrade, but of course that could be nonsense. Appreciate the help on here, thank you.

New injectors and coding them in is only half the job.....were the learns completed successfully..??

You mentioned an "upgrade"...what does this refer to..?? The last firmware update that I'm aware of for the Euro-4's was in 2012, all it did was enable "anti-stall", get rid of the silly spurious water in fuel warnings and a couple of other minor things...nothing major.

Firstly, thank you for the reply, your response has me thinking. Forget the references to an update, it was just a comment I came across when researching this fault, they probably meant a re learn anyway.
I have no idea if a re learn was done but will eat my hat if it was if I'm honest, I bet he will have just coded in the new injectors. Is there a link you can please point me to that shows how to carry out the re learn, I have Forscan and an interface I can dig out although I have rarely used it. I'm familiar with Mercedes Star and Saab Tech 2 but not so much Ford, a guide would be very useful. I will just do it myself if I can, I don't have time to go back to where it was fixed plus I prefer (and usually always do) things myself so I know it's done properly.

The learns are a service function and is on the left Forscan tabs of the main screen....Forscan walks you through it.

Prior to starting, there must be no fault codes active which relate to the powertrain. If there are, these must be sorted first.

#1: Reset the PRV open/duration timers.
#2: Do the pump learns.
#3 carry out the pilot/injector learns.

If the learns fail or abort, it usually means one of the learn parameters has not been met or possibly the injectors are not well.
