2008 MK7 Cruise control retrofit

Hi all, I've searched the Forum before posting this. I've a 2008 2.4 TCDI 6 speed manual
I'm trying to retrofit Cruise control to it. I've picked up a C - Max steering wheel and now found an airbag that will fit it. My question is why does the airbag have a spade connector on it. I only have one wire from the C-max steering wheel which as far as I know is for the horn. Please see images attached.

I'd really appreciate some advice here. I haven't been lazy about searching. A.I, Forums etc. No luck so far.
