Can anyone point me in the right direction here,
SO story so far, had a clogged up DPF that obviously wasnt regening, so initially i took the DPF off and manually cleaned it soaked in DPF Cleaner and rotated for 4 days, then washed out.
After this I tested the Vaporizer and got crap resistance readings and eventually when putting 12v to it on the bench I noticed the Glow plug wasnt heating. I had another good genuine Vapouriser intact genuine ford so I tested that one as working, cleaned it all up so its dead clear and fitted that. Now im not well up at all on all these sensors and what I should be looking for but I know something is amiss when i look at the live data
which Ill include a picture of. I also replaced the Pressure differential sensor with a conformed working Genuine Ford Unit as I know these can go bad and it was cheap.
SO my question is what should I now be testing EGT sensors cracked hoses etc or what?
Originally I had all the stored faults of soot accumulation at maximum level etc, since doing all the work ive done I have a couple of glow plug issues that have always been about and now van starts fine but then after half a mile I get engine malfunction on dash and when i rescan i get P2002 - Particulate Filter Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank1)
Intermittent at time of response
Its also saying a static regen is not recommended at this time, that EGT surely cant be correct??
Thanks guys
Paul
