slight clunk

There seems to be a slight clunk when i go round corner or turning steering when parking

I put van on jack and turned wheel , there is slight movement in all directions so will be doing the bearing at some point . the clunk seems to happen when turning the wheel at a certain point and seems to come from the steering rack, is there anywhere that can grease or adjust on these?

More than likely a tight strut crown bearing or worn track rod end, bottom ball joint or drop link.
Wishbone rear bushes do come away from their casings and let's the wishbone float up and down which may also cause a clunk.

In general there's nothing serviceable by greasing or adjusting within the suspension, if there's play in any of the ball joints then replace them, if either of the wishbone bushes have failed replace the whole thing. (Easier and cheaper in the long run than trying to replace the bush itself).

If it's the strut crown you can try to grease it but for the cost of a replacement it's not worth the time and effort.

Basically need to get underneath with a prybar and try to find if there's any play in any moving part.
Or that nothing that should be tight isn't loose.

Anti roll drop links cause that on mine, I have gone for the HD version, they are a couple of quid more but seem to last more than twice as long.

i think the noise is actually from the steering rack in the middle, its like a click when going past a certain point,

I'd be checking front springs and strut top bearings

Checked it on the ramp the noise is in the steering rack middle piece of very close to there. Is it sealed and does it mean a replacement? It's like a knock noise when you turn the wheel past a certain point
