Whistling noise under driving conditions

After taking off & inspecting the hose on the turbo side on my mk7 115 350 2014, not finding any hole/split, I inspected the other side (nearside uk) I found a hole where the hose touches a frame! I'm guessing the bit of rubber on the frame that's supposed to protect the hose is also had it! Photo's attached. Does anyone please have a part number for this hose? It looks a bit of a pain to fit too, of cause!!
