FWD or RWD..?? You don't say which you have and the 115 comes in both.

MAF & MAP sensors rarely fail....MAP and MAP sensor fault codes are often caused by a poorly EGR valve...but you've replaced that. What code reader are you using..?? What are the actual fault codes..??

Why was the fuel rail replaced..?? It's just a cast iron pipe really, has nothing in it.

I'm using a carpal obd2 scanner pretty smart bit of kit I had 10 faults then 8 faults then 3 faults do ford faults generate more faults or are they not related?

P062B is an issue with injector control...you may have poorly injectors which the PCM cannot compensate for.

Have you done an injector leak-off test..??

We mostly use Forscan, it's very good for our old Transits.

As mentioned the fuel rail is just an empty cast iron pipe with fittings on it for the injectors, normally they will come with the PRV pre-installed if genuine Ford.

It's not the injectors I've had the injectors tested and resealed it's not the fuel rail I've had new 1 fitted van starts and runs fine if it was the injectors it would not start or run properly so now that's ruled out can it possibly be faulty harness wiring with pcm or bcm? Its 19 years old!
Plenty of time for a bit of corrosion.

What i would be doing is pulling out the pcm plug and spraying contact cleaner into the plug and its socket ..
De-pinning - only a suggestion, sorry de-pinning and closing them up is beyond me until i'm shown how to do it.

all the best.mark

i take it it's a CarPal by topdon ?
as a topdon user (Phoenix plus mk2) i suggest you get yourself sorted with FORSCAN which is better suited to old Transit as Ma Laird knobby mentioned, it's free download just need to buy obd2 connection dongle and we're either owners of , previous owners of,
or unfortunates who still job on MK7 TRANSITS from time to time and FORSCAN is hard to beat
and take it from there
with all the work you've had done is take it all the learns been done and counters reset ???????
