My van is soon due its first service 12000 miles anyone Know what ford will do in the service is it just an oil change :?:

The service is due at 15000 miles or 12 months, which ever comes first.

Basic service has an oil and filter change and a pollen filter IF it's been fitted.

There isn't much difference between the standard and major service tbh, the major gets an air filter and both services check the condition of the fuel filter via the minder.

Service times are 1.4 hours for the standard and 1.5 hours for the major.

Had mine done last week, in Halifax. Same van as yours as you know, cost only about £140 inc. Took about 2hrs all in.
Loads better than the van centre near me. Bargepole etc lol.

Yes the clutch is almost ok now. I have no idea what they have done, but gear changing is actually possible now lol. Hartwells seem to actually do the job right. (Well make you think that they do).

Unlike the other place where it came out needing a front end re-spray.
