2001 - 2.4 75ps Tuning

What kind of power gains can be got out of the bog standard 75ps 2.4td, I know there's bluefin and other chips on the market, but i'm also interested in the oily bits (What are the mechanical differences between the 75ps, 90 and 115?) E.G. - Intercooler, turbo, fuel pump etc.
