cleaning the egr valve

Hi,

I have now located the egr valve and have removed it, there was a rubber seal around the valve which i have removed and have taken the valve apart .

Whats the best way of cleaning the valve out?

Hi thanks for the link roy but thats for a mark 5 i need info on the mark 6 egr valve. I have had a search around the forum but returned nothing.
