I'm posting a couple of pages Dave because they contain the info i have always asked about
Note that the info may be biased.

Summary extract.

There is no concrete set of instructions or test data to produce a perfectly repaired product. there is however, an opening to offer something other than a brand new injector in a box.

The repair concept here is to offer the user the ability to learn as you go based on info obtained from new units.

Hi Paul I'll be honest the numbers in the box i posted make more sense tbh.
Mine are bb and you haven't listed them.

Can you confirm?
All modules seem to be variants abc with revisions abc so it would make sense that aa ab ac would be low flow and ba bb bc high flow.

Confused. Com Lol
I understand your later and dpf injectors being revised completely, but isn't the 2.2 155 the same engine? Or is it a super high flow injector? 8)

Interesting, does the 2011-13 155ps really use the low flow injectors ?

According to denso the injector does the fuel delivery in 5 or 6 pulses per firing. A single large pulse would cause knock so they spread the fuel delivery to keep the temperature down and improve emmissions. Trouble is I can't find the document I downloaded some time ago, I'll look later - time to go out and see friends rather than spend all night in front of a computer.

You will never know unless you compare Nozzle data

There must be chaps on here that know the Nozzle part numbers :?:

Is it the only engine that uses the Siemens units Paul?

We have a 'dead' engine with these in, (no idea what vehicle it came from though), I could pull one and get the Nozzle specs for comparison

Those injectors are fitted to Euro 5 2.2 FWD engines. (Which is a different engine to the earlier Euro 4's)

They are also fitted to Transit Custom

14mm deep socket and a 1m pipe wrench undid it without any damage.
My nozzle part numbers are.
Ej D DLLA153P885 were written on the side.

The diesel around the nozzle was black and oily.
