Is my ABS mal-functioning?

Is an issue on ABS vans,usually when braking from above 70 mph,get one "buzz" of abs pump felt thru pedal as speed drops then ok.
NSF tyre usual suspect,as mentioned a difference in rolling radius of worn tyre against new causing variations in wheel sensor speed (don`t think it shows on datalogger though).
