I think its only 2 :shock: :shock: :shock: EGR's its had and currently its Blanked off....... :!: :!: :wink: :)

Now with A 5 pot Beast.......I started off with nothing and I still got most of it left...!!

1. new turbo at 60k under warranty......... original was whistling
2. two egr's third is fooked but blanked off
3. new gearbox at 140k
4. new smf and clutch at 170k
5. 2 MAF's 2 MAP's
6. exhaust manifold
7. 4 front wheelbearings
I also changed the viscous fan for a kenlowe electric one at 130k
So not exactly original, but apart from the gearbox,turbo and manifold I would class the rest as wear an tear

Just got back from my last run to Italy where it was 28degrees, was parked just outside Oxford when I took the photo
first thing in the mornin. temperature was a bit of a shock to the system when I got out of the cab...Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!

That mileage is no big deal :roll: Theres plenty of Di owners showing that mileage :roll:

Better watch it. Fords may want it back to see where they went wrong letting a Durotorq doing that kind of distance without destructing?

Hey thats 1 engine the rest is fairplay but you forgot the being overtaken on hills by bicycles

Not if you came to malta and saw all the Di minibuses with most of them above 500,000miles and some others over the 750,000 mark (like mine)
