chipped uk

im a buisseness man my self so i see your point with prices and problems happen sometime and i feel sorry for you m8

like feck do i

if i have a prob i will sort out the prob till the customer is happy then if its a tiny amount like £200 i will give a refund plus flowers for the blokes wife and a bottle of malt for the husband

and as for the 2k offer to charity what a load of bs you will most prob just get the cheque stopped

i know nothingf about remapping an engine but come on m8 even i could smell the bull sh*t

i would trust a pikey to do my drive before i would trust you

after the first complaint why didnt you give a partial refund straight away

and try to put it right the just admit you are a robbing b*stard

years ago if you drilled a hole in the exhaust people would swear the car / van was faster

as for you thinking it was a car not a van proves you have more dissatisfied customers

come on m8 own up your a rougue trader

tell you what why dont you have a look at my pilot and put it on your rolling road to see if its faster after you done your magic

by the way just to help you it wont be

1 because you are a fraudster

2 because its not got a chip

Quality reply, but sadly one from a very missinformed reader of this post.
I DID offer a refund if the customer was unhappy from the start, the point is, we do not have the ability to do anything until we can speak with the customer which we were unable to do yesterday as the phone wasnt answered.

We have never hidden from this, and are totally and without doubt happy to refund in full.
Also simply saying we would stop the cheque is nothing more than someone adding to a pot of buring oil with petrol, it helps nothing.

People who kno wmy company know how seriously i take customer service and in fact, i know of 6 people who have posted in this thread who without even the very slightest of doubt know how serious i take customer service.
Sadly, these same people have failed to mention this.

Im happy though that you make your £500/day, maybe one day i can manage the same (without getting the title of being a rogue trader of course)

Probably not, although he will probably get it, after a bit of arsing about.

Still doesn't save him any face from the fact he has lied and bullshitted to try and get out of it in the first place.

But having read this, I was convinced Jason was a man of his word  NOT

Are we surprised :?: NO

People like this deserve to go out of business, never mind whingeing that you are spreading nasty rumours about them. I certainly think that no one on here would trust this man :P
