So the numbers are actually even worse compare to earlier situation with old vaporizer. Which is confusing actually. But having not seen the numbers on screen as comes to perfect condition car then I just share what I got.
I am tempted to do also dpf clean by professional or replace by new one actually, but as vaporizer change is so recent then want to see how things will develop after 20 regens.

Just gut it and get it mapped out....save yourself a lot of grief.

Update to my regen problem.
Now I can tell that problem solved as driving highway only, 500 km can be done until regens.
If pure city drive, then about 300 km until regen. Note that outside temperatures by the way over here about 5-6 C only.
So obviously it takes time to engine to get up to temp. And obviously its not good for dpf.

And one more thing I have noticed that there is a difference in what conditions the regen is being done.
If it happens in city drive, then exhaust temp raises up to 450-500 C max and accordingly regen quality goes down and stays shorter than compare to highway regen, where temp goes up to 630 C and lasts longer.
Apparently it was earlier, while everything was fine and vaporizer ok, also same way, but now I saw it in live stream.
Forscan is good, but on MK7 it does not show the distance between regens, and thats a little troblesome as I bought OBD which is wire connected not bluetooth version. Problem is PC which battery never lasts as long as needed unfortunately. Have no inverter in my van.
So actually will order the bluetooth version also in the future.
Thank you for your attention and hope it is beneficial to someone.

Hi
I have similar problem with my van
Tell me what temeperatures do you have on egt11 and egt12 during dpf burning?

We are having a problem with our mk7 2014 fwd 140ps where we drive down an A road at about 60mph and (monitored using forscan) we can see EGT11 or EGT12 going above 500c and then the vehicle goes into limp mode, with no fault codes recorded. Pull into layby, engine off wait 2 min, engine on and it is OK again, tho sometimes it will fault again to limp mode soon after. But other times it runs perfectly, but with lower EGTs.

Certainly runs worse when EGTs are higher, and wonderful when they are low.

We THINK it might be DPF related although the diff pressures from the DPF are good. Sometime we see a step change in soot value from say 18% to 65 or greater % while driving with high exhaust temps, but when it is running with "normal" exhaust temps the soot loading stays constant. But after an off / on as described the values come down.

To Vogel:
Sorry, been busy and van´s been driving well, so have not had looked in forum.
Egt11 - around 500C and Egt12 up to 620C, depends really how high revs you give while regenning during drive.
Actually lately van started again regenning too often, about 100 km between regens no matter what driving mode used highway or city.
As far as dpf vaporizer changed 20.000 km ago, what caused last often regens, do not really know actually what to do.
Changed the old original dpf pressure sensor back and will see now, whether that would help or not.
Also the dpf regen time relatively short again, i.e about 10 km. While normal interval dpf regen cycles were about 20 km.
Dpf sensor I swapped last while figuring out cause of too often regens, but apparantely cause was vaporizer, so swapped the old original back.

Would like to give to the vaporizer brake cleaner and compressed air, but impossible to access unfortunately.
Tried to access through vaporizer pump, but cannot access either - too far inside construction that cannot took off the pipe and give the shot through pipe.
And as you know, to remove the vaporizer in home garage is nearly impossible, while not having a torch, etc.
So the symphtoms are again like vaporizer is partly blocked, but since changed 20.000 km back , hardly believe blackage is possible. ..
But maybe it is.

Van started again regenning in every 125 km. Was very pissed off and changed the dpf vaporizer again (however changed it 20.000 km ago), because first time when dpf started regenning daily I changed the vaporizer and that cleared the problem. Regen cycle 500 km and even more.
Now 20.000 km later again started regenning daily basis. Thats why changed it but no success. Dismantled the dpf pressure sensor, changed for new one and pushed the dpf sensor pipes (metal ones + rubber ones, all of them) through with metal cable. Additionally pushed cable through dpf inlets (2 of them).
Also used 1 can Motip dpf cleaner fluid to clean the dpf. One more thing what I did was bending a little the dpf sensor connector pins as if you push connector to dpf sensor then there is no click to secure it (ta least mine does not have) and you don´t realize whether it´s connected OK or not.
So don`t know actually what action among listed above gave result, but now I can pull 300 - 350 km between regens.
One more note, when seeing numbers of dpf pressure, there was voltage and numbers reading, but maybe there is also situation (which is confusing actually) when dpf sensor is not deff, but gives wrong readings).

So, finally it´s not up to 500 km the regen cycles, but it is much better now.

Whil figuring out the problem, I drove about 2.000 km, regenning daily basis and thought it not problem, but actually noticed the raise of engine oil level, which means actually engine injectors also injecting extra fuel while regenning.

now its working as it should do, you should plug in the scanner and take note of all the percentages, figures, voltages, pressures etc ..so you know what's normal.

and always the chance that a turbo on its way out is causing all this, by making it burn oil ..you would not have noticed because of the oil level going up due to regeneration putting diesel into the oil,

Does the MK7 actually increase the amount of fuel into the cylinders while regenerating ? I thought that it used the vaporiser ONLY to spray in diesel to raise the DPF temperatures ? If so, how would the diesel get from the exhaust system to the lubrication system ? Maybe that is pointing you towards something else which is putting diesel into the lubrication system ?

increasing fuel amount into the cylinders during regen --Don't know -- there is a lot of confusion here.

i do know the 2.0 ecoblue fitted in the mk8s and customs does that .

Another "frequent DPF regeneration" thread fizzled out with no solution. l've got a thread running about mine (regeneration every 20-30 miles)

Did you find out what the problem was?

l was looking on FB and there's a thread about a Ford camper with the 2.2tdci, his was regenerating every 30-50km but again no solution and the O/P disappeared.

O Riley - Youtube - may need to watch lots of the vids. Plenty on Transits. Mk7s are not all the same. Likely if you have a DPF it'll be 2011 to 2014 E5.
2012 2.2 TDCi MK 7 E 5 100 HP - 350 3.5 tonne XLWB RWD H3 L4 Duratorq 2.2L CR TC 14 DSL 100/125 PS
Was DRRB 74 KW 100 HP 100 cv. Now CYR5 125 HP. PCM Siemens Continental fuel system.
OBD2 ELM 327 FTDI and Vlinker . Forscan 2.3.46

lightning has 2014 Land Rover Defender with the Ford "Puma" 2.2tdc with re-gen via injection on the exhaust stroke like the ecoblue
