I actually quite like them, they do look like they are built for the purpose they are needed for! So I went for a test drive to day and will be collecting my new van at the end of the month.

Its LWB 2.4 TDCI 115 PS/310Nm RWD LX

Features are:

Moondust silver paint
Electric windows
Electric heated mirrors
Automatic wipers
Automatic Lights
Disks all round
wheel trims
Body coloured front bumper/grille
Front fog lights
Trip computer
Steering wheel controls for the stereo
CD player

No air con though which is something I wanted but cost governed that.

Really pleased pictures when I get it if you are interested.

Luke- not really no although a nice little feature, it is actually part of the LX pack as standard, and I wanted the other features that the LX provides, so a bit of a bonus really.

sorry I didnt reply sooner, I need to earn the money for this van

To answer some questions:

ibanez2005 - I am not sure how much the LX is extra over the base price as I am buying the demonstrator. Which has done a 1112 miles (or there abouts) and is only 3 months old, I got it for a very good price. Base models start at £20K with some Discount (I think you can get them new for £18K). I could always ask the question though if you would like to know?

xbox360 - yep its the 6 speed one, which I always wanted in my old Mk6 transit.

I have enquired today about having a reversing sensor put in, but I am not sure how that will work with a tow bar I need to have fitted. I have also had a bit of luck with it, as its a demonstrator it has already been ply lined as well so that has saved me some time and money. I just need to build some racking now for my tools :D
