Did the same to mine last year court a tree in customers drive. Pulled the roof rack and bent the gutter couldn't open side door had to panel beat it back straight. Hence no roof rack now. :roll:

I bet that was a little top heavy or did your pack lunch balance it out :lol: :lol: :lol:

How is the MK7 conversion going. :wink:

Yeah, about a mile down the road I realised it was a stupid idea putting 3/4ton on the roof!

Works gone ballistic lately, so the mk7 fronts stalled until I get some time!

Bought some more wheel trims, but this time I am going to have the reg number etched into the outer face, so that it can be seen.

I might buy some more wind deflectors and do the same, with etching the reg number into them...

tried doing my bottom ball joints but to no avail
heat mahoosive hammer tonn of release spray
and an hour and a half later built back up off t workshop monday :evil:

You need a press otherwise it's hard

Spent 8 hours polishing the luton body and bubble today, gonna have to get it resprayed soon

I think i killed the Egr as i've got a p1409 and p1402 code come up and i lost power :evil: so i unplugged the egr and got most of the power back :D

That's what I did as well etched the reg number into the face

Bought new injector copper washers and the rubber seals for the rocker cover... all in off ebay £32 :mrgreen:

So monday night will get injectors out cleaned and all new seals will be fitted with oil change...
