Im really at a loss as to why v184 is so vehement towards certain forum members, i mean its not like they have been slating him for not pushing his broom correctly at his work.

Present tense 40watt !

Nope, nothing to do with tense, 5watt, singular and plural (sorry about the complicated words!)

BJT, i was reliably informed when i finished my apprenticeship i was a mechanical engineer, back then there were far less divisions, basics were mechanical, electrical, aeronautical, marine and possibly one or two more that my old brain cant remember it was approx 50 years ago after all, not sure if that satisfies your question but its an answer that doesnt try to put down anyone, although i will make an exception to a total arse that doesnt back up statements made, we all know who i mean he even has it written in his header,

Present tense 40watt !

But it's still very hard for your average genius to decipher what:"i don't know 40 watt is there any" means, It should at least start with a capital "I" and have some punctuation in there, to give us a some context, even if it did conform to vaguely recognisable English, it's still very hard to comprehend what on earth you're blathering on about.

But on reflection when i served my time (not in a dbvm knid of bend over kind of way)
There were craft apprenticeships and technician apprenticeships
Same thing just different college stuff
Being a thick c*** i did a craft one
But my twatti brother did a tec one and after that Leyland sent him on to do a degree
So maybe Andy's description wasn't too far out after all :?:

If you mastered integral and differential calculus, you are an engineer, if you only go as far as algebra, you're a pleb
