:? :? If the pump loses pressure, the engine will certainly not run or run very badly :!: :?

inj pressure isnt altered on this model as it causes injector seals to blow.

the stock pressure is fine to give a good mix of air/fuel into the squish area (piston top/chamber area for burn).

Pump pressure loss is not bad to the point of danger in this application, only to the point of power.

I know the map would be fine as ive done loads and the changes is small between various types of map in this structure.

The fault, if there is one will be elsewhere.

do you think there's a fault on the vehicle then? or did the map just not load? the owner reports no difference felt

I think there will be a problem with the van in all honesty.
I know this map gives power and it cant "not load" as it goes through a process of erasing the flash memory prior to loading the mod file so if it were to faulter the van wouldnt start.

Told you the geyser had a reputation - he's on here with offering to help - thats great support for what was a very cheap remap. ( provided he fixes it ! )

The Lambo & shiny floor pics are hardly gonna impress us van dudes though...

phoned the company yesterday, only able to speak to the nice chap on the phone as jason was away.

van booked in for monday afternoon. ( he let me decide when to bring it, not told me, which i thought was good, as it could have been when i was working)

i was abit concered that they would take 1 look at it and say something like its the ecu playing up nothing to do with us etc. when i mentioned my concerns the the chap on the phone, he asures me that it`ll be nothing major like the ecu, more likelya leaking pipe or something very minor causing the problem, he says he`s seen it like this before.

so looking forward to going down and having a look how they do things there, might even get the chance to sit in something interesting....... you never know.

if i can i`ll take some pic to post here.

and hopfully the ride home will be quicker.
jumbos do it standing up....
