Did you find out what the problem was?
l was looking on FB and there's a thread about a Ford camper with the 2.2tdci, his was regenerating every 30-50km but again no solution and the O/P disappeared.
This "O/P" has also "disappeared"...hasn't been back for over 12 months.
These DPF's are one of the most problematic parts of the later model Mk7's....they often seem so be nothing but trouble. I know what I would do if it were mine, here in Aus the authorities don't really care too much if they have been removed...but getting it through MOT's or equivalent in many countries without a DPF these days can be difficult.
