OP can you not leak down them ?

No disturbance of copper washers and seals mate well not the ones in the head anyway!

As the legend that is LK says, and go forbid you had that sort of pressure near your skin it would not be pretty! These common rail systems run ridiculous pressures. One of my trades being plumbing we have up to 10 bar to seal, relatively nothing in comparison.. im honestly impressed how these diesel systems are able to cope with it. Just be careful!

Basically for an engine to work it needs an unrestricted supply of air and fuel and an unrestricted outlet/exhaust.

shouldnt there be some really obvious symptoms if the exhaust is restricted and some really easy way to test it?

Turbo still not working

I’ve made a short video showing the values on forscan I have no idea what the values should be or what they should be doing.

I’m revving to about 2500 revs and the boost value only changes when I take my foot off the accelerator. They drop then go back to 80

I've seen a few videos on youtube where they've taken the tip of the injector off to clean it and test the spray pattern.

How are you going to test them..??

You need specialist equipment to do this....these nozzles are electronic and run at up to 1600bar or 26,200psi.

I took the injectors and had them tested. They only charged me £15 per injector. They all came back fine.

I made another video of the boost stats and fuel rail whilst driving.

I’ve searched everywhere to see if these values are correct but I cannot find anything to reference them against.

Can anyone confirm if the levels on the video are correct?

I’ve searched all over and can’t find what the values should be. Also, is there anything else on forscan that I should be looking at?

It was the MAF sensor?

Thats a blue moon event. According to the forum they rarely fail.

Only just seen your vid and FRP seems fine. MAP only went upto 20psi or so. My EU5 125ps peaks at about 34psi under full throttle and settles around 30psi sustained.

Any noticeable signs of damage on the MAF? What brand was the old one and what did you replace it with?

I suspect your boost readings are in PSIA which would make sense....my 2.4 boosts to ~23psig on my dash mounted boost guage ....which is equal to ~37.7psia.
