Yep, front ones went on about 18 months ago when I got the kit, never did the backs as without the arches they looked wrong anyway, never mind not fitting. Tourneo have the one piece, hence no side hinges, so bumper tops are different. Now I am finally sorting the arches (look bad in grey on a black van), it was time to sort them.
Got those lights working yet? If you need me to test anything on mine that may help then just ask, mines factory fitted so should be a good guide :)

I had a lightbulb moment whilst drinking a fruit based drink for the ladies in the garden while narrowly avoiding heat stroke.
they say things are clearer when you are nearing death,,I can't disagree!
anyway I'm big enough to admit when I'm wrong and thank everyone for trying to brainstorm with me on my quest to fix this seemingly innocent problem.
so thanks all.

Well I've never noticed that before, the rear bumper sections look like the same profile as the mk6  Ford obviously never made new ones for the Tourneo  I even double checked mine

Yes, Ford at their best. Have seen a "demo" tail gated sport, and they had the flat type sections on theirs. This is what happens when you create vans that don't exist ;)
