How you getting on with yours?

 erm well the thing is........
Lacking motivation lol but the mrs is camping for a week next week so I'm going to do a bit in peace, supplies needed is ply sheet for the back and stretchy carpet, then filling and spraying the sides after i get the side windows fitted. Then the kit too, but until the windows are done i don't feel like doing anything tbh.
There is a place in st Helen's that'll do both for 270 so I'm going to call them.
Be after a c max steering wheel too

Roof Rack from a MK5 .......Cutting it to fit a Mk7.......Yesterday cut the 8 cross members on my full size rack.Added in about 3" inches of steel box.The only problem I had was I run out of gas on the mig..So dragged out the arc welder that worked well. After that I welded in the new box section also I welded some 1" angle steel under the joint for extra strengh. So today before I put it on top of my MK7 swb, I am going to weld some small brackets on it at the front for a CB aerial also Ham VHF aerial,Also a couple of brackets to hold spotlights in case in the future i want to put some on it. :)
Ford Transit 280 SWB,,Year 2008,,2.2,, If it can,t be fixed/repaired/ with a 4 pound lump hammer then it must be an electrical problem.

Big in the van clubs, lost touch with it all, not sure what everyone uses now, as the FM that replaced AM has also been replaced, a lot of the new rigs do both FM sets. Did think about dusting mine off from the loft but I need an aerial to try it. Rubber Ducky 10 20 ;)

Replaced the coolant pipes, 1 from the header tank to water pump, and the other 1 from the thermostat housing to the Egr cooling pipe as they had chafed through, and also replaced the heater intake box (under the bonnet), as you cant just buy the little drain tube that is on the bottom of it.......
