I know a guy that had a bolt in a fairly new tyre, he left it in for ages :shock:

The wheel mount bit would be the costly part, the rest is rectangular hollow tube and plate.
Make a jig then weld them up in a couple of minutes each, paint them black or color to match you van for a premium. :lol:
