Took the headlight brows off and dropped by the signwritters for some more vinyl

Those brows are a real pain, they seem to look good for about 2 weeks only

Got my transit parts slide door middle roller and it's a genuine Ford part but i can see they have ground the Ford logo away but it's still visible.
Also it looks like the rollers have been upgraded to all steel rather than nylon on steel, i assume this is because the nylon bit fails but am i still going to get a smooth gliding and quiet door? Maybe a smear of grease?

started stripping out the front end ready to get in to do the hydraulic rockers/tappets

but found on the way in..........
various bent brackets
bolts missing
the bottom of the air con rad has lost all its cooling vains!
a strange set up of the turbo vaccum pipe (see other thread)
1 or 2 pipe clamps missing
a perforated coolent hose from the oil cooler
the air filter has a hole in it too!!

And yes that sport van has pink wheels
