Gave the abs pump a clean and sprayed the motor bit in primer, would have finished it in matt black but someone has fleeced my 2 tin's of spay

I hate brake pipes and the brake pipe spanner, limited movement and impending doom as your brake fluid drips away, i know i should have emptied it out but i couldn't be bothered
Fortunately the pipes go up into the abs so the only fluid you lose is from the reservoir, i swore at and fitted the new pump and struggled with the brake unions but it went well.
I filled up the reservoir and that was it
Ideally you should remove the 2 large pipes on the left first then the 4 on top then refit the 2 left which fills the abs up then the 4 on top.
Once done, i got the boss to jump in and we went through the brake bleed procedure, next to nothing came from the front caliper nipples, i left the back.
I will do an ids service bleed later on.
In ids i checked for fault codes and got this.

It is different to the last time before i fitted the new abs unit.

I went to module installation and install abs and it ran then said install new module (usually you have your original then run them when it reads install new module you then install the new 1 but usually through that, ids copies the data from the first 1 and pastes it onto the new 1, mine being no good i did it all on the new 1 in the assumption that it copies the new 1 to the new 1 but integrating it with my van/whether that makes an ounce of difference i don't know, or care

Then i had a look at the system and calibrated the longitudinal sensor and steering sensor and turned on hill start assist.
For the record, abs is a dumb module, just wants initialising and calibrating.

And on the way home....

Tadaaaaaaa
Thanks to paul for his help with thrashing out a solution.
Thanks to punto for his help with parts
And thanks anyone else who contributed.
What shall i do next then
