Chirks only up the road from me (I dont admit that much) and I wouldnt leave a van there let alone with a key near it!

Well i set off at 10.30 and didnt get there till 2.30 bloody traffic on motorways after every junction past Manchester
Then a crash 20 miles from stoke on trent sat in that for 1 hour 
.....What can i say....What a nice chap Martyn is... His train was at 4.30 but missed it as he wasnt happy with the 170 tune as was smoking slightly so kept road testing (great fun) and tweaking as we did.... after several tweaks he mastered it...egr valve deleted and 2 keys programmed
Van feels really good the torque is awesome
And Martyn is a great guy and only gives a 100 percentThanks again Martyn

I have a 59 reg transit swb sport 2.2 140bhp, what's the most bhp available without risking the engine? What improvement would i see if I was to also change the air intake and exhaust but can't seem to find an exhaust to fit?
