Ford Bulkheads

Postby blindbeggar » Thu Nov 23, 2006 6:24 pm

Does anybody know if the standard steel bulkheads are all the same size, one size fits all? I mean all the cabs are the same with the roof lining in the same place whether it’s high, mid, or low roof?
Just wondering if there is a different bulkhead for front and rear wheel drive?

i think the bulkheads are standard size ie. low roof, then a bolt on piece to take it to the roof height you have

I think they are the same as far as the fitment goes, whether it's a FWD or RWD :D One fits all. However there must be different heights to suite your roof :!:

well people, i just won this bulkhead and i'm driving up from Bristol first thing saturday morning to pick it up.....i just hope fits my 51 plate high top transit, it looks the same in the photo's....(can't believe i just said that). If it doesn't fit at least the van gets a good run out of it.

unfortunately they didn't have them so it's a trip to ford parts centre.
It look like it fits though so it wasn't a wasted journey. A bargain at £32 i'd say.
